Headstone. Circa 1743 to Robert Burrall, son of Robert and Elizabeth Burrall
of Thrislington, died 1742/3. Sandstone ashlar slab, c.0.5 metre high, with
shaped top and well-cut inscription. Included for historical interest both of
date and of Thrislington, a C17 house now demolished, adjacent to a deserted
medieval village now excavated and descheduled.
