Farmhouse, now private house. Late C18. Roughly-coursed rubble with ashlar
dressings, quoins and brick dressings. Roof Welsh slate with stone gable
copings; pantile roof on extension. C19 brick chimneys. 2 storeys, 3 bays
and one-storey, 2-bay extension. Central 4-panel door and overlight under
flat stone lintel; renewed 12-pane sashes, above and in outer bays, have brick
jambs and flat-arched lintels. Steeply-pitched roof has cyma-moulded kneelers
supporting end copings; banded end chimneys. Set-back extension has blocked
central door, and fixed 12-pane light at left.
