GV II

House, probably minister's house of Methodist Chapel (q.v.). Circa 1860;
probably by E.R. Robson. Coursed squared sandstone with high plinth; Welsh
slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Symmetrical. Panelled central double door
in painted stone Tuscan doorcase with modillioned cornice. Tongue-stopped
moulded surrounds to late C19 sashes; first-floor sill band; gutter cornice.
Roof hipped at right; ashlar ridge chimney with modillioned cornice.
