Mid C18 with alterations. Two storeys, 4 windows in all. Red brick. Roof renewed
in modern ridged tiles; 3 chimneys along the ridge. Yorkshire sliding sashes on
1st floor. On ground floor a garage door at right, numbered 36.
Then a Yorkshire sash and a plain flush door under flat gauged brick arches. Finally
2 mid-C19 canted bays with entablatures flank the pedimented reproduction door
of No 40.
