Small house. Early C19. Squared sandstone front; coursed rubble returns and
rear. Pantiled roof with rebuilt brick chimney stack.
2 storeys, 2 windows. Tooled alternating quoins at left. Central partly-glazed
6-panel door in C20 glazed gabled porch. 4-pane sashes with intermediate
glazing bars removed, tooled-and-margined lintels and projecting sills.
Steeply-pitched roof with coped gables and shaped kneelers. Left end stack.
Short left return with set-back 2-storey outshut on rear.
