Byre-house, 10 metres east of east end of Laithkirk Church

Former byre, with domestic accommodation above, now used for storage. Early C19. Rubble with sandstone dressings. Stone-flagged roof and stone chimney stack.

Two storeys, two bays with flush quoins. West side, built partly into bank, has boarded first-floor door with flush lintel. Pair of large boarded doors, in flush surround, in north gable end. Boarded opening, with flush lintel and sill, in south gable. East side has central hit-and-miss window with boarded opening above. End stack, to south, with top ledge and water table.
