Farmhouse, barn and byre. Dated 1741 (on door lintel) with mid C19 alterations.
Squared rubble. Stone-flagged roofs and stone chimney stacks. Farmhouse with
barn attached to left and byre to right.

2-storey, 4-bay farmhouse has replaced 4-panel door and 3-pane overlight in
second bay. Door in flush surround with lintel inscribed 17 IID 41. Windows
with flush lintels and projecting chamfered sills: small 12-pane sash above
door; flanking 16-pane sashes. Roof with coped gables and shaped kneelers.
End stacks with top bands and water tables.

2-storey barn has blank front wall and coped left gable. Lower 3-bay byre and
loft. Central boarded door in flush surround flanked by partly-glazed hit-and-
miss windows; boarded opening above door. Low-pitched roof. Right return of
byre has external stone stair to boarded door.
