Semi-detached cottage. Mid C19. Rough ashlar walls with ashlar dressings.
Slate roof with coped gables - gabled apexes. Stone stack on ridge - the upper
section of ashlar with vertical grooves, moulded cap and blocking course. In
Gothic Revival style. One storey and attic. Slightly projecting gable at left
end, has a 4-light stone mullioned window on ground floor, and a similar 2-light
window in attic, with casements with centre horizontal bar. Overlapping the
junction of the gable and main range, a gabled porch, with flush panel door in
pointed arched opening. Vent slit above door. In main range, right of porch,
ground floor has a 2-light stone mullioned window with casements with centre
horizontal bar. Front boundary wall of rubble stone; square piers with pyramidal
caps.
