Slightly angled front. Early C19. Stuccoed with stucco rustic quoins and
rusticated ground floor with moulded string above and cill string. Two storeys.
Six windows to front (later glazed sashes). Hipped slate roof. Later project-
ing porch. Windows to left of porch are of 3-lights and belong to No 13
Ragworth Place which has a five-window return, to South (plate glass sash windows).
Parapet with plain cope and band. Two chimneys. Door to No 13 to right of
centre on South front.
