Coursed squared sandstone with ashlar plinth, quoins and dressings; Welsh
slate roof with stone gable copings. L-plan. One storey, 4 bays and lower
one-storey 2-bay extension. Chamfered surrounds to 4 top-hung casements
with glazing bars. Steeply-pitched roof has fishscale pattern; sloped gable
coping on moulded kneelers. Right return gable contains pigeon holes and
shelves in 2-centred arch under drip mould. Rear has cantilevered external
stone stair to loft. Small right extension has 2 top-hung casements in
chamfered surrounds flanking blind cross-slit.
Gate piers: 2 tall square sandstone piers with plinth and coved coping
adjacent to 2-bay section, and one similar pier at right end of building.
