4 houses. Circa 1836. Coursed squared sandstone with ashlar plinth and
dressings; some lower courses rendered; Welsh slate roof with ashlar-corniced
yellow brick chimneys. 2 storeys, 9 bays in all. Steps up to 4-panelled
doors and overlights recessed under flat stone lintels; similar lintels and
projecting stone sills to sash windows with glazing bars. Stone gutter
brackets.
