House. Late C18. Rendered with painted ashlar plinth and dressings; Welsh
slate roof with brick chimneys. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Central door and 2-paned
overlight in plain reveal. Projecting stone sills to sashes with glazing bars;
blank bay above door. End chimneys, the right one rendered. Empty and derelict
at time of survey. Included for group value.
