Pair of cottages. Late C18 - early C19. Colourwashed rubble stone walls,
thatched roofs, brick end stacks. One storey and attic. No. 2 has part-
glazed door. Ground floor has one horizontally sliding sash window with
glazing bars and one casement with glazing bars combined with a window in No. 3.
Attic has two ½-dormers with horizontally sliding sashes with glazing bars.
No. 3 has part-glazed ledged door. Ground floor has one casement window with
glazing bars combined with window in No. 2 and, right of the door, one casement
window with glazing bars. Attic has two ½-dormers with casements with glazing
bars. A National Trust property. RCHM Monument 6.
