Adjoins High Street, south of the house. C17 origin. Purbeck Stone walls and
roof. One storey and attics. Now converted to classrooms. On the street frontage,
the original entrance, now blocked. All windows modern. Weather vane on the east
gable, brought from Billingsgate Market. Over the door in the east gable a carved
C17 Coat of Arms.
