House, now 3 flats. Early C19 altered late C20. Stock brick in
Flemish bond; low-pitched, hipped slate roof. Nearly square
plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 2 chimneys in centre with clay pots. Sash
windows with glazing bars, those on the ground floor with
gauged brick arches. Stone sill band at first floor. 2-bay
entrance front with part-glazed door at right, in plain reveal
with rectangular overlight. Stone, Doric doorcase with
pediment.
