Probably C18 origin, altered and enlarged C19. T-shaped plan, the front range
mid-late C19, the rear wing, the original small farmhouse, C18.
Front range has rendered walls, tiled roof with bracketed eaves, rendered stacks.
Two storeys. Flat-roofed porch with classical columns. Part-glazed door, with
narrow double-hung sash windows on each side. Ground floor also has two canted
bay windows with double-hung sashes. First floor has three double-hung sash
windows, all with centre glazing bars.
The earlier rear wing has brick walls, rendered on the north side, tiled roof,
rendered stack. Two storeys and attics. Main south elevation has porch with
gabled roof with moulded brick parapet. Ground floor has two modern casement
windows with horizontal glazing bars. Plat band at first floor level. First
floor has three casement windows with glazing bars. Attic has two hipped
dormers with similar casements.
Main ground floor room in earlier wing has large fireplace, now built up.
Staircase in C19 range has moulded balusters, cut string with spandril
brackets and wreathed handrail.
Lead pump on end wall of earlier wing, dated 1864.
