Mid C18. Stucco. 2 storeys and attics. 7 sashes with glazing bars, 3 in centre
cased. Central 3 bays break forward slightly and are crowned by modillioned pediment.
Eaves cornice with modillions and egg-and-dart moulding. Attic dormers have
flanking half-columns.
Early C19 west wing. 2 storeys.7 windows with trellis verandah. North side is
red brick.
Entrance gates in Icen Way have ashlar piers with ball finials.
Fordington House forms a group with all the listed buildings on the east side of
Kings Road and the farm buildings in Athelstan Road.
