Single cottage. C18 Rubble walls with brick quoins. Thatch half-hipped roof.
Brick stack at ridge, with C20 top. Two storeys, 3-4 window range with C20
metal casements in enlarged openings with new brick jambs. Concrete cills
and lintels. Large diagonal rubble and brick buttress at South-East corner.
Plank door left of centre with sindow opening. Brick porch early C19 with
lean-to slate roof.
Attached outbuilding; rubble with brick quoins and slate roof. One storey.
