Single villa, c 1830. Stone walls, stuccoed. Low pyramidal slate roof.
Rendered brick stacks at projecting eaves, two to each side. 2 storeys.
2 windows, sashes with thin glazing bars. Front door at right hand with
4 recessed panels, the top 2 are lights. Moulded wooden architrave.
Wooden canopy over carried on cast iron scroll brackets. Front railings
to street and cast iron square gate piers with running foliage and
pineapple finials. ____ _ _
