Farmhouse. Early C17, with C19 re-roofing. Dressed stone walls on a
chert rubble base. Slate roof with a stone gable-coping at left-hand,
and hipped at right hand. C20 brick stacks at left hand gable, right
of centre on ridge. 2 storeys. 4 windows, 3- and 4-light stone
mullions with hollow chamfers and separate labels to ground floor.
Metal casements with lead lights. Two first floor windows rebuilt
correctly. Front doorway, at centre with depressed-arch head and
jambs, straight-chamfered. Raised label over, Door, plank with
studded muntins, C20. Plank door at right hand end, to former stable.
Interior: deep-chamfered, compartmented ceiling-beams in right hand
room. Large open fireplace with wooden lintel.
