Manor house, now large house. Late C16. Altered C19 & C20.
Timber frame with brick infilling. Old tile gabled roof with chimney
to south of centre. H-plan with 3 framed bay crosswings on either
side of central hall, now floored. C20 single storey extension at rear.
East front : one framed bay gabled projections flanking centre part with
one framed bay centre gable, each flanking gable has one irregular bay
of C20 leaded casements, the centre gable 2 bays of similar casements
on each side of central timber frame post, and between the centre gable
and right hand projection is an upper 2-light similar casement; on the
ground floor a C20 enclosed lean-to tiled porch with 3 bays 3-light C20
leaded casements, extending whole width between projections and with
