House. Dated 1909. Colourwashed roughcast, C20 tile roof with
overhanging eaves, gables overhanging on brackets, and bargeboards
with pendent finials. Off-centre chimney has 4 square shafts set
diagonally with moulded caps and bases. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Wooden
casements with single horizontal glazing bars, 3-light to first floor,
4-light to ground floor left, 3-light canted.oriel to right. All
except the last have painted tile keyblocks. Flush-panelled door to
left in gabled timber porch. Lean-to to rear. Included for group
value.
