Hallhouse, now house. Early C15, altered and extended late C18 and late C19. Part brick and part timber frame encased in brick; old tile roof, slate lean to roof on north-east. Rectangular plan of 4 framed bays with an C18 extension on north-west and a C19 lean to extention on north-east. 2 storeys with one storey extension.
One chimney on ridge and a large chimney with battered sides on north-east, both with
clay pots. Entrance front: rendered plinth, brick oversailing and dentil eaves courses. 2 bays. 2-light casement windows, those on ground floor have segmental brick arches.
C19 4 panelled entrance door to right of centre with top 2 panels glazed under segmental brick arch. Interior contains much of the timber frame exposed with large tension braces in the south-east~ on the first floor and a very large fireplace flanking the middle bays on the north-east. The house was once known as Dutchman's Farmhouse.
