Late C19. Single storey hipped slate roofs, stock bricks, main building with lower
pavilions on north and west. Two square brick bay windows on east elevation. South
elevation has pediment with ornate terra cotta panel in tympamum dated 1896, over
three windows, vertical sliding sash with glazing bars and arched terra cotta
decorative panels over. Stone frieze, deep coved eaves. Bellcote with ogee cupola on
ridge line. North elevation has simple brick pediment over entrance. Included for
group value.
