c17, altered, 2 storeys, pebble dash on rendered projecting plinth, old tile roof. 1/2 hipped to lef't hand. There are 4 2-light casement windows and 1 sash window on the 1st floor. 1 double sash to left hand on ground floor, 1 half-glazed door, one 2-light casement, 1 central rectangular bay with a 3-light casement window, 1 half-glazed door and a 3-light casement window to the right hand.
The doors have small pent hoods on cut brackets. The North Gable is timber-framed with colourwash with brick infillings.
The royal Oak Public House, Nos 76 to 98 (even) Nos 102 and 104, all form a group.
