House. Mid C19. Flemish-bond brick; Welsh slate roof with brick chimney
stack. 2 storeys, 2 bays. 6-panel door and overlight in wood doorcase with
narrow panelled pilasters. Late C19 2-storey canted bay window of wood at
right. 12-pane sash above door has rubbed-brick flat arch and projecting
stone sill. Roof has raised right verge. Right end stack. Included for
group value.
