Spa bath house now private dwelling and shop. 1834 for The Spa Bath Company,
altered. Ashlar magnesian limestone on rock-faced plinth, graduated slate
roof. 1-storey, U-shaped plan now with 2:3:3 windows on principal front
overlooking River Wharfe; entrance to rear between wings facing Spa Lane.
Riverside front: battered plinth; canted central projection with sill band to
C20 casements beneath flat arches; to right are three C20 casements and to
left are 2 larger casements in altered openings. Hipped roof with 2 ridge
stacks and stack to ridge of rear wing on right. Rear: blocked window to
wing on left; doorway to wing on right; infill between not of special
interest. Right return, 2 blind windows with projecting sills and flat
