Late C19 or early C20 in a restrained Queen Anne style. Red brick, tall hipped
stone slate roof with moulded and dentil cornice, 3 hipped dormers. 2 storeys
and attics, central 2 storey canted bay. 3:3:3 flush sash windows under keystones
and stone flat arches. Cut bracketed dorhood to east side elevation, by
C E Bateman.
