Small circa C17 timber-framed cottage with painted brick infill panels. Steeply pitched plain tile roof with gabled ends. On sandstone foundations. One storey and attic. Splayed oriel bay and square fixed light to ground floor, modern flat roofed dormer above, all with leaded panes. Painted brick ridge chimney stack projects from south gable. Modern wing to rear, at right angles, forming L-shape on plan.
