Outbuilding, C17, converted into stable flanked by 2 cottages, late C18 or early
C19. Of rubble with ashlar dressings, plain tile roof with coped gables and left
hand end and right hand ridge stacks of stone. 1½ and 2 storeys. Left-hand cottage
has door and 2-light window beneath lintels with flush keystones, with 2 hipped
2-light dormer windows breaking through eaves. Stable has door beneath lintel with
keystone flanked by 3-light round-headed windows, also with keystones, and glazing
bars. Central 1st floor boarded opening. Right hand cottage has two 2-light
casement windows and door to right, beneath lintels with flush keystones. Two
2-light 1st floor windows at eaves level. Two-storey C19 gabled extension to right
not of special interest.
