Two cottages in row. C17 and C19. Colourwashed brick with
thatched roof, the brick replacing timber framing. Single storey
and attic. Boarded and half-glazed doors in individual small brick
external porches. Timber casement windows. Timber framing
survives at rear of No 17, three panels high with jowled posts and
heavy bressumer, and straight corner braces. No 16 is a short 2-
bay cross wing, the corner posts only surviving, and lean-to along
side. Gable lean-to to No 17 also under same roof.
