of Lock 23.
GV II
Pumping station 1838-41. Brown brick, hipped slate roof. One
storey. Wall facing canal has double board doors in opening with
semi-circular white brick arch. Right side has central arched
window, now boarded up. Left side has similar window and low
blocked arch near far end. Machinery missing.
