3/11 The White House.

Formerly farmhouse, now house: dated 1710 with extensive C20
restoration. Rendered brick on sandstone plinth, Welsh slate roof, 2
gable chimneys. 2-storey, 3-bay front. Brick band at 1st floor.
3-light C20 casements with glazing bars in original weak segmentally
arched openings. Central bay has similar 2-light windows in former
doorway. Above is a complicated square datestone reading

with a heart at the centre. Roof has a raking dormer and the gables
have stone copings and kneelers. Converted farmbuilding added to the
left is of no special interest.
