House. Circa early to mid C19. Rendered and painted stone rubble, with asbestos
slate hanging on south-west elevation to harbour. Slate roof with hipped ends and
brick end stacks.
Single depth 2 room plan with central entrance in two storey elevation on Rose Hill.
Built into side of hill with 2 storey and basement elevation on south-west and two-
storey elevation to Rose Hill on north-east. Symmetrical 3 window south-west
elevation; asbestos slate hung with three C19 6-pane sashes above basement on ground
and first floors. C19 6-pane sashes in north-east elevation to Rose Hill with C19
4-panel door.
Interior: not inspected. Important south-west elevation visible from harbour,
Roscarrock Hill, Church Hill and Fore Street.
