Row of 5 cottages. Mid - late C18 to early C19. Rendered; slate roofs;
double Roman tiles to No. 8. 2 storeys to each cottage but Nos. 10 and 12 are
taller. No. 8 has C20 casement windows and a central door. No. 10 has a
single C20 casement and door to the left. No. 12 has glazing bar sash windows;
16-pane on the ground floor and two 12 pane sashes on the first floor; panelled
door to the left. No. 14 has three 2-light casements and a door to the left.
No. 16 has a single C20 casement and door to the rear. In an important position
in the village street. Included for group value.
