Farmhouse. Dated "HICKS/Wm and Hr/1766", altered mid - C19. Render lined out
as ashlar; plain tiled roof; brick and rubble stacks. 2 storeys. 3 bays and
end pilaster strips; tripartite C19 sash windows under lined-out voussoirs to
outer bays. Gable over centre bay with circular datestone in keyed surround.
Central panelled door in open projecting porch.
