washed brick over timber frame, old clay tile roof. 3-room plan, 2 storeys.
3 flush sashes to each floor, all with glazing bars, ground floor ones with
cambered heads. C19 4-panel door and moulded surround, in line with rebuilt
red brick double ridge stack.
