House. C18 with additions and alterations. Timber framed, front rough cast and
colour washed, with chequered brick casing to gable ends and chequered brick C19
addition to rear. Old clay tile roof to main block, pantiles to rear block. Front
elevation has 3 C20 casements, one 3-light leaded casement to ground floor, one
2-light leaded horizontal sash to first floor. Central 4 panel door, top pair
glazed. Red brick integral stacks to both gable ends. RH gable apparently extended
later, with half-hipped roof. Rear block SW wall has "J.W." inscribed on brick,
and octagonal red brick gable end stack.
