Cottage, formerly a pair. C19. Local chequered brick, pantiled roof. 4-room plan,
with one bay C20 extension to NE gable end. 2 storeys. 2 2-light horizontal sashes
under cambered heads to ground floor, 4 2-light horizontal sashes to first floor,
all windows with glazing bars. LH door replaced by projecting bay, RH door has
C20 gabled open porch. Red brick double ridge stack, originally at divide between
2 cottages.
