Circa 1743. Stucco. Welsh slate roof in front, with cornice band and parapet.
Old tile roof at back. 2 storeys. 6 sash windows and 6 dummies in pairs. 3
coupled doorways, side couples with hoofs on consoles, central couple with pediment
on consoles. Slight central projection with pediment, tympanum of which contains
circular panel with Coat-of-Arms and inscription "This Lodge was built and endowed
pursuant to the Will of Mrs Blandina Marshe".
Nos 97 to 107 (odd) Marshe almshouses form a group.
