IL 05NE WILDEN WILDEN SHRUBBERY

4/227 Shrubbery Farmhouse

Farmhouse. Early C19 facing over earlier building. Pebbledash and colour
washed brick, C20 tile roof. Main block of 4-bay plan, hipped to E, with
lower hipped block projecting to rear W forming L-plan. 2 storeys. Single
storey brick addition within angle to rear. S elevation: asymetrical 4-bay
facade, with 2-storey canted bay to R of centre in line with red brick ridge
stack. Canted bay has C20 glazed door and moulded wood concave eaves cornice.
All windows are sashes with glazing bars in moulded flush frames. Variety of
casanents, mainly C20, to other elevations.
