Public house. C18, reworked C19. Colourwashed render encasing timber framed
structure. C20 tile roof. Main block of 2-room plan, 2 storeys and attics,
with 2 and one storeyed block projecting from rear forming L-plan. Ground
floor has 2 2-light casement with glazing bars. First floor has one 2-light
casement and off-centre canted oriel, with gabled roof at attic level, both
with glazing bars. Doorway with moulded surround beneath oriel. Plaster is
incised to imitate ashlar. Red brick integral stack to RH gable. Later red
brick external stack to LH gable.
