Probably circa 1700. 2 storeys and garret. Flint footing. Plinth. Red brick
(Flemish bond) ground floor. Tall 1st floor with uneven studding. 2 modern
windows on 1st floor. 2 three light windows on ground floor (modern glazing
in original frames). Modern tile roof with large central stack. 2 storey
half hipped extension forming T-plan to rear also timber framed on 1st floor.
Part catslide roof. Some blue bricks used. Corner posts have tile covered
corner braces (local feature).
