1880s, probably by Charles Smith. 1 1/2 storeys red brick with 3 course grey
chequer bands and tiled roofs with fishscale bands. Small building with gabled
cross wing to east, whose gables have chimneys and flanking Gothic windows
(similar to big school windows), large hipped dormers to west. 3 lancets below
with roll mould to corner of reveals. Steps down to central western doorway,
original strap hinges to door.
