stucco ground floor. 3 storeys and basement. 2 windows.
Doorway with pilasters carrying entablature; fanlight and
panelled door. Architraved 1st floor sashes with pediments.
2nd floor sashes, round-arched with architraves. Cornice
surmounted by balustraded pediment. INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached cast-iron railings with
wrought-iron area and entrance overthrow.
