Set back at the rear of the buildings fronting Church Street. Formerly
part of the maltings. C17 timber-framed building. Restored and renovated
with exposed timber-framing on the upper storey. Two storeys. The upper
storey is jettied on the whole front on exposed joists. Modern casement
windows. Roof tiled. The interior has exposed timber-framing, ceiling
beams and joists. A modern addition is built on at the south-west end
and continues the style of the original building, using old timbers.
