House. C18 or earlier rear ranges, Timber framed and plastered with some
weatherboarding, red plain tiled roofs. Early C19 front range, red brick,
hipped red plain tiled roof, right and left red brick chimney stacks, 2 rear
chimney stacks. 2 storeys. Front elevation, 3 window range of small paned
vertically sliding sashes with horns. Central 2 panel 2 light door,
semi-circular light with tracery over, panelled soffit, open pediment. Rear
left ranges, 2:2 window range to first floor, 1:1 to ground floor. Board door,
moulded surround, flat canopy on brackets. Interior features include, stick
balusters to staircase, reeded moulding to 6 panelled doors, moulded surrounds,
panelled window shutters. Moulded cast iron bedroom fireplaces and one ornate
marble fireplace with moulded cast iron surround, brass frieze and tiles with
classical and cherub motifs.
