Circa 1850 house, of 2 storeys and attics built of stock bricks laid in
Flemish-bond, with stone plinth and first floor band. Roof hipped and
slate clad with 3 round-topped dormers having small paned sashes. Stock
brick chimney stacks left and right with 6 Coade stone pots each. Eaves
on single modillions. Range of 5 hornless small-paned sashes on first
storey with stone sills. Door central on ground storey above 3 stone steps,
with broken pediment on 2 Doric columns, arched head and fanlight. Two
round headed matching sashes on each side, set in round headed recesses
with stone imposts.
