GV II

House. C16/C17 of possibly earlier origin with later alterations and additions.
Timber framed and plastered. Red plain tiled roof. Central red brick chimney
stack. Rear ranges. 2 storeys. 2 window range of vertically sliding sashes
with glazing bars and C20 small paned casements. C20 door to left return.
Interior features include heavy bridging joists, some with lambs tongue chamfer
stops, panelled and vertically boarded doors some with 1 L hinges. C17
inglenook fireplace and mantle beam the base of which is of C16 brick
with chamfered jambs.
