House. Mid C14, open aisled hall. Timber framed and plastered with red plain
tile roof. 2 storeys and 1 storey and attics. T-shaped plan with crosswing.
C16 extensions to west. Irregular fenestrations on south front of C19 and C20,
with 2 square bay windows. Simple C19 doorcase. C16 central red brick chimney
partly rebuilt at top, and C18 red brick small red brick chimney. Internally
most of the original timber frame survives, and much of it is exposed. C16
inserted first floor in hall. Original hall roof has four armed crown post
with moulded base and capitals.
